The Blue Catfish is an invasive fish originally brought in from the southern United States by anglers. These voracious eaters are decimating the indigenous populations of the Chesapeake bay and Potomac river.

Location: Oakmont, WV

Centered around the invasive (and delicious) Garlic Mustard plant, this feast is a challenge to innovate cuisines that incorporate its use. Taking place on an abandoned strip mine, the feast includes seminars from sustainability experts, music, and participatory activites.
